When you custom order a Modern shed, you get to pick the style and quantity of doors and windows. You can customize and save your shed design right in our 3D Shed Designer.

Purchase Options

When it comes to storage shed ownership, you have options.

Cash Purchases

For cash purchases, a 10% deposit is required to place the order. The remaining balance is due at delivery.

Rent-to-Own

We also offer a rent-to-own program. With rent-to-own, you can get into a storage shed right now without needing to pay for the shed in full. The first month's payment is all that is required to get delivery of a storage shed. Learn about our rent-to-own program here.
